This talk highlights the essence of a 1031 Real Estate Tax Exchange and the Timed Installment Note (owner financing) for the practice portion of the sale. Very informative, relevant but seldom discussed nuances for anyone selling a veterinary practice. A simple, easy-to-understand approach to a complicated process.
Session #3 “Drop Dead Absolutely Essential Ingredients of your Practice Sales/Purchase Contract”
What considerations and issues really, really should really be addressed in your contract? Although a formal veterinary practice sale contract typically consumes many pages of seemingly endless legalese there are actually only a few really important commons sense issues that really do need to be addressed. This talk lays out the details and why’s and wherefore’s of each one of these.
